Frequently Asked Questions

Will there be other dogs in the field?

The field is for your exclusive use, so when you book a time slot it will only be you in the field. But feel free to ask along your friends and their dogs to share it as long as the booking covers the number of dogs you bring. The person making the booking is responsible for making sure everyone has read and agrees to the T&Cs.

General FAQs

How much does it cost?

A 1 hour slot costs:

£10 for 1 - 3 dogs

£14 for 4 - 6 dogs

If you want to book for more than 6 dogs, please message us.

What is the field and fencing like?

The field is over 1.5 acres and is surrounded by 1.8m (6ft) tornado fencing which is designed with smaller gaps than regular stock fencing.

What is the parking like?

The parking area has space for 2 cars to comfortably park and turn. The entrance is a standard field gate and D-rail fence with stock fencing. If you're concerned about your dog running from your vehicle, you can close the road gate when you park before letting them out of the car. Please latch it back open when leaving.

Is there drinking water for dogs?

Yes we have a water container and bowl in the car park for your dog to use but please feel free to bring your own. We recommend that you bring your own water during the winter as we can't always prevent the container tap from freezing.

Are there any facilities?

There aren't any toilet facilities on site.

There is a shelter in the field where you can shelter from the elements. There is a seat, a box with some toys and some emergency poo bags in case you run out. There is a STRICT no smoking policy in the field.

There is a bench in the field for you to enjoy in the better weather and some obstacles for your dog to play on.

All facilities and toys are used at your own risk.

What's the policy on dog poo?

If you see it, pick it up. We expect anyone using the field to watch their dog at all times and pick up after them. Poo bags should be placed in the bin provided. There are emergency poo bags in the shelter if you run out.

We appreciate it's possible you may miss your dog's poo and the field will be checked regularly, but please pick up anything you see for the benefit of everyone.

We need to keep the field clean and dog poo free so that everyone can enjoy the space, so any repeat offenders may not be permitted back into the field.
