We want everyone to enjoy their time in the field and ask that you read and follow these simple rules.

General Rules

• Please watch your dog at all times.

  • It’s your responsibility to pick up your dog(s) poo. You can place your poo bags in the bin provided.

  • Please don’t allow your dog(s) to dig holes or chew facilities.

  • Supervise your dog using any of the play equipment. Remember that dogs shouldn’t be encouraged to jump if they're elderly, overweight or until they’ve finished growing.

  • Feel free to bring your own dog toys with you, but please remember to collect them at the end of your session.

• All dogs using the field must be up to date with their flea and worming treatments however as we can’t guarantee that everyone has their dogs vaccinated, use of the field is the same risk as going for a normal dog walk.

• Please don’t smoke in the field and any other litter can be placed in the bin in the parking area.

• Children must be supervised by an adult.

• Please leave the field in the condition you'd like to find it and report any damage or issues.

• This is a field, so we'd recommend wearing your wellies as it can be wet or muddy.

Arriving and Leaving

• Bookings must be made and paid for before your visit and you will have exclusive use of the field for the duration of the time booked.

• Please do not arrive early for your session as it can be disruptive to other users.

• When you arrive for your session, you can enter the parking area but please stay in your car until the previous user has gotten their dog(s) back in their vehicle. DO NOT enter the field if it's already in use.

• You should leave the field and be back in your car by the end of your booked time slot so the next user can enter the field on time.

• Please keep your dog(s) on a lead until you are inside the field and when you leave the field until you are safely back in your vehicle.

• If you're concerned about your dog running from your vehicle, you can close the road gate when you park for a bit more safety, but please latch it back when leaving.

• Make sure the field gate is closed immediately upon entering and leaving the field. You must keep the field gate closed when in the field.

Cancellations

• You can reschedule your booking up to 2 hours before your arrival time using our online booking system.

• If you arrive late for your session, you must still exit the field at your scheduled end time.

• Refunds for no-shows will not be given.

• We reserve the right to close the field at any time and give a full refund.

DISCLAIMER

You are responsible for yours and your dog(s) safety while at K9s on the Collin, in keeping with the law regarding 'responsible dog ownership'. Use of the field and any equipment is at your own risk.

We cannot be held responsible and will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or other incident, however caused, whether to property, persons or pets sustained at K9s on the Collin.
